Return and refund policy for Vrwoodflooring.
1. *Order Cancellation*: If a client cancels an order after payment and preparation for dispatch, they are liable for all incurred costs, including restocking and shipping fees.
2. *Returning Goods*: For non-damaged or non-defective items, clients are responsible for all courier costs and a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
3. *Refund Process*: Refunds are processed only after goods are returned and verified to be in resalable condition. This process may take up to 7 days.
4. *Damaged/Defective Goods*: Clients must check goods upon delivery. If there are issues, Vrwoodflooring must be notified within 7 days, possibly requiring photographic evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe means the goods are accepted.
5. *Liabilities*: Vrwoodflooring will address defects caused by faulty design or materials but will not pay compensation for such defects. Claims made post-installation require validation by an independent flooring inspector.
